For more information about the IBS Student Exchange Programs, visit www.shin-ibs.edu/degrees/exchange.php The Institute of Buddhist Studies now offers its students access to two student exchange programs. One is with Dharma Drum University, located just outside of Taipei on a beautiful new campus overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The other is with Ryukoku University, located in Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan and center of its Buddhist history. These programs allow students to attend classes on Buddhism in countries where it has a long history, study Chinese or Japanese, and earn credits toward their IBS degree.
