Lions Roar : Nov 2007
In Tibet, this past June, I saw many Tibetan families making pilgrimages to holy sites. These trips are long and trecherous, but of the utmost importance to those who embark upon them. Leaving the Kumbum I was struck by this family having a picnic. Look who is in the center...their dog...a family member they had brought to receive blessings Little Lotus Hearts was founded by Buddhist practitioners who wanted to do more for their animal companions. We offer prayer services, prayer flags, mani stones, tsa tsas, handpainted collar medallions and many other items and services for you and your animal companion. We even offer ways to help animals in protective environments such as rescues, shelters and zoos, as well as those in the wild. Consider purchasing a bat house to offer shelter to local bats on site at Temple Tsechen Kunchab Ling, the US seat of His Holiness Sakya Trizin. For more details on our offerings or information on how our services help to benefit the Tibetan community, please visit us online at www.littlelotushearts.com or call (212) 265-1305 How Do You Define Family... “Little Lotus Hearts” and “How Do You Define Family...”are trademarks of the Yeshe Dorje Foundation ©2005-2007.
